DONATION TERMS

Synergy Central American Alliance INC. (Synergy CAM) maintains full discretion and control over the use of all donations received. Donations are accepted with the understanding that they are intended to support our charitable conservation purpose.

 

Synergy CAM retains full discretion and control over the use of donations, and may direct funds to an alternative initiative to fulfill those purposes if, for any reason, a particular project is unable to carry out its intended activities, or as otherwise determined by Synergy CAM. If a project concludes or is discontinued, Synergy CAM will reallocate any remaining funds in a manner consistent with its charitable mission and IRS requirements.

 

Synergy CAM's full discretion and control over the use of donations it receives is required under federal tax laws for your donation to be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
