We've been getting the same question a lot lately: "Okay, but what actually happens at the Gala?"

Fair question. So let's talk about it.

The Synergy CAM Gala isn't just a dinner. It's a full evening, designed from start to finish to feel like something worth remembering. Here's what we can tell you.

It starts outside

We're kicking things off with an Outdoor Experience, a moment to arrive, breathe, and take in the atmosphere before the evening gets going. First impressions matter, and we wanted this one to feel like stepping into something intentional.

Then, a Cocktail Reception

Before anyone takes their seat, there's time to connect. The Cocktail Reception is that window in the evening where the best conversations happen, the ones you didn't plan for, with people you didn't expect to meet. Come ready for that.

A Keynote that earns its place

We believe that if you're going to ask people to sit and listen, what they hear has to matter. Our Keynote Speaker will do exactly that, grounding the evening in why we're all in the room, and what this mission actually means for Central America and the world beyond it.

Live Music & Entertainment

This is a celebration, and it should feel like one. Live music and entertainment run through the evening, setting the tone without taking over, the kind of presence that makes a room feel alive.

Gourmet Dinner & Drinks

Sat down, surrounded by people who care about the same things you do, with a proper gourmet dinner and drinks in front of you. That's the kind of evening we're building toward, and we're not cutting corners on this one.

Live & Silent Auction

One of the highlights of the night. The Live and Silent Auction is where the evening's energy peaks and where your participation connects directly to conservation on the ground. Every bid counts. Every paddle raised is a real contribution.

Networking & Brand Exposure

For those who come with a purpose beyond the evening itself, this Gala offers genuine networking and brand exposure opportunities. Conservation needs allies from every sector, and this room will have them.

And then — Dessert & Dancing

Because every great evening deserves a proper ending. Dessert and dancing close out the night the way a night like this should close, with energy, with joy, and with the kind of feeling that makes you want to do it all over again.

This is the inaugural Synergy CAM Gala. The first one. And we're building it to be worth your evening, your presence, and your support.
