Synergy Central American Alliance INC. (Synergy CAM), received a grant from Microsoft through its Social Impact Program to support its internal technology and collaboration environment.
Since implementing Microsoft 365, the board of directors from Synergy CAM has held more than 100 meetings through Microsoft Teams, improving internal coordination, decision-making, and overall organizational structure. Teams has become a central space for collaboration across projects and initiatives.
OneDrive has strengthened file management. Word has supported the creation of core organizational documents, helping structure Synergy CAM’s ideas, strategy, and mission in a clear and consistent way. Outlook has improved internal and external communications, allowing the organization to maintain a more structured, professional, and personalized email workflow.
